Jillian Michaels' Kettlebell Workout (30min.) Crunches: 4 sets of 25 Leg Lifts (Lying down): 2 sets of 10 Single Arm Overhead Press (10lb.): 3 sets of 10 Chair Dips: 13, 10, 5, 10, 10, 20 Squats: 10, 10, 15
I did better today. Still didn't do the Turkish Get-ups, but I did 25 crunches during the times everyone else was doing it. Still out of breath most of the time, but pushed myself to complete the reps. Yay me! :)
