I resisted a feeding frenzy yesterday, i had all the goodies in my hands and only asked myselve to write it down before gobbling it down. It was spoiling my average soo much, that i found the strength to put it all back. And i got a healthier alternative... but when i was writing that down, i thought i really wasn't hungry. And my craving was not for the ricecrackers, so i put them back too. Scale rewarded me today, 99.8 yeah! Lowest since 6 years... at least.
