Logging food will be easy to get back into now - breakfast shakes for the foreseeable future. Through a straw. All meals. Might dig out the blender to make smoothies again for proper nutrition while my lip heals.

Thank you Pam and Tanya. I'm feeling pretty rough today. I'm still trying to figure out some of the bruises. And the inside of my lip looks disgusting. Eating is a challenge so my food journal is my actual intake. Let's see what Wednesday's weigh in shows.
