Wow! 12 days since my last entry? Busy, busy but I like it. I didn't exactly fall off the wagon, but I was wrapped up in the back wheel being drug behind. Been a challenge to stick with the plan and the "New Me". I'm back at it and focused. I've decided that I really need to be very careful on the weekend. Off "work" doesn't mean "off diet" or "off plan new me" as I have decided to call it. I fly out of town on 11/10. Really want a significant drop by then! Encouragement appreciated!
