Another weekend done and another 200g down. It was a good weekend, had lekker potjie yesterday and bar one ice cream and still managed to go down. Life is good at the moment. Will start with the 7day chemical diet next week Monday and hopefully get to 60 or below. Good luck to all for the new week and I hope that you reach your goal.
