have been on my own no alcohol plan since last weigh-in on 12/05. feel better mentally and physically. for some reason wasn't able to join to "n/a for 2 weeks" challenge, but i am right there with you guyz. best subsitute drink, h2o on the rocks, make mine a double. best thing is you can drink it while you are on the treadmill !!!!
107.7 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.0 kg a Week
