I'm trying to do a Journal Entry each day. It helps me keep "making good decisions" at the front of my mind.

I have made it another day with staying on my calorie and carb limits.

I am going to run/walk tonight. It was really interesting to see the 24hr impact on my blood sugar after my Monday night run. Tuesday the sugars were much better than todays (They are NOT bad today).

I am really get back into my pattern which is exciting. This is one week. I am excited about the weighing in this weekend.
