I missed posting to my journal yesterday - dang. But I did well with the food choices. My evening salad was a little more calories than I wanted - but healthy and really good.
Blood sugar remains in check. That has a lot to do with new medicine, but my renewed diet and exercise is helping too.
Tonight is an exercise night. I will probably hit the treadmill and watch a movie.
Kids cross country meet is tomorrow, I am very excited and proud.
