Did my elliptical this morning. Will probably try to do it again tomorrow, although I usually take Saturday off. Feel guilty only getting three days this week, need to get a fourth workout in. Weight has been in the 185's the past few days...that's a plus. I'm going to try and get a Wii Fit workout done later today also. Cooking turkey/black bean tacos for dinner tonight. My eating is getting back on track much easier than the workouts. I want to get back to 40 minutes on the elliptical, but right now 30 minutes is making much easier for me to dig in and get it done. Anything that makes it easier to stick to it!
