I ate well yesterday but i TOTALLY went nuts after the meeting and DIDN'T write down all that i inhaled after 11p.m. My night time eating is a bad habit that i'm overcoming. I also noticed that i'm not eating enough protein & too many carbs. I love my carbs...but hafta make more of an effort to eat more protein. It's a brand new day and we are moving forward.

You can do it. Late night eating is the worse too. I have had to start making myself eat no later than 8. I know a lot of people do earlier than that even but with not getting home from work until 6 pm, just not possible. Carbs have been my down fall lately too. Working on that aspect myself.
