This morning I decided to weigh in before I got dressed and went to WW to see if there was a change on my home scale since Monday. I told myself not to expect much if any change because my fingers were so swollen from the diet Coke and steak dinner I had the evening before, so I was most pleasantly surprised to see I had lost 4 pounds! I hadn't weighed in at WW since Oct. and with all my layers of clothes on, my weight there was 161.2. I was down .2 lbs since Oct.
Now for a fresh start in 2010 and continuing to find an eating plan I can live with, NOT a diet! I read a quote in the WW magazine today that will be my mantra - strive for perseverence, not perfection!
