2nd day of the rest of my life. Not hungry like I thought I'd be which is great. Feeling a bit sluggish though. Struggled with dinner a little. It's tough cooking for husband and daughter and then making a supplement for me. But I keep reminding myself that this part of my journey won't last forever and I will gradually get back to "real food".

I miss cheese the most.
