Haven't weighed yet today (somehow got in the habit of weighing right before bed). Was down 11.4 yesterday.

Today was ok then got tough.

Things that went ok: Made BetterMD pancakes with 1 tbspn sugar free syrup for myself while my 6year old ate "real" pancakes and syrup. Didn't feel like I was missing out so that was good.

Lunch was ok. Hubby had leftovers and made a sandwich for daughter, so me and my meal replacement bar didn't have to be anywhere near the kitchen.

Then after lunch I was hungry. And hungry. And hungry!

Had a shake for "snack". Helped.

Then dinner. Family wanted spaghetti. Pasta, cheese and garlic bread are my weaknesses. I literally had to put the leftovers away before we sat down to eat because I was so afraid I would just start cramming cheese and noodles in my mouth!

I had a small salad with FF Italian dressing and a tomato soup supplement.

I'm powering through this thing. I'll post a weigh in later.
