Okay, so I fell off the wagon for about a week & it cost me 4 pounds...I know there are no excuses, but dangit' I've just been too busy & tired lately. I decided to change back to weight watchers with my mom. She has been asking me to for a month now, so we could actually eat the same meals, so I finally did. I've been on this before & it worked for me, so I guess I'll do it again. I am going to the gym today with my mom to see if I'm able to do the exercises with my hip problems. I hope I can because I love to exercise, it gives me a sense of accomplishement (& time to myself!). Wish me luck on the next "adventure"...
