My son's stupid donuts! I remembered today that I ended up eating 3 yesterday! That combined with eating carbs at 8:45 last night did me in. I gained 2 whole pounds! This is NOT water weight believe me! Days like this though, I remember why I was 5 ft tall and 152 lbs not long ago! I am redirecting myself this week. I have a trip in 10 days and I wanna be 125 when I go visit my mom. I can lose 3.8 pounds in 10 days, but I sure would have like to have only had to lose 1.8 pounds lol!
