well, I didn't lose any this week but I didn't gain any either and with TWO Thanksgiving dinners, I am pretty happy with myself. I ate everything I normally would but just took very small portions of all the high fat, high calorie foods. I also made sure to drink a glass of water before the dinners....oh, and I only had a 1/4 glass of wine with the dinner on Thursday and did not have any wine with the dinner on Friday.
