so now that i have finished 3 boxes of chocolate Turtles for my holiday season and got on the scale today and almost cried it is time for me to get back to exercising using my wii and treadmill. we went bowling for about 2.5 hours yesterday and we think we should deffinately try to continue to do that at least 2 times a month while it is still cold out then i can get back to trying to push myself farther on a bike (its hard since i havent ridden since i was like 13 and 100lbs lighter). so i will get off the computer right now and go start my wii fit again :)
