Two weeks since my last weigh in at Jenny Craig and one week since Thanksgiving day (and all the food). I have been working on some of the leftovers but the DQ Blizzard, and the piece of chocolate pie yesterday my weight is up by .2 ounces. Not bad!
Last week I made sure that I ate celery, baby carrots, and spinach & kale as "snack" foods and I drank 8 oz water from a pretty stemmed glass so I was able to not munch on salty items we have in the house.
My goal for December is to have my weight down by 4 pounds at least (and hopefully below 150 before we are on school break).
