Spaghetti squash is a great replacement for noodles. Don't add olive oil to your marinara. You get plenty of fat in your diet anyway. Fatty acid deficiency is almost impossible to achieve no matter how hard you try lol.
Every gram of fat squeezed out is 9 calories less or something like that.
If you want a meat sauce use ground turkey breast. Delicious.
