Today my calories were a little high, so tomorrow I will adjust and take out things I ate/drank today. My weakness is Latte's, so I know I have to cut way back, to a few times a week and only get a small. Didn't so far do any kind of walking or working out, hopefully tomorrow I can get myself to the gym...
