Nothing new really... Things are ok. Was in the gym yesterday and am planning on going every 2nd day... to relax one day and workout the other one. So far, so good!
The weight is ok... nothing spectacular, but I will work on losing the last 3 lbs by this summer...most of all I want a nice and flat tummy and my butt to stand out and look great.. so the focus on that is big now!
I increased my weights on all machines because it was too easy and I didn't get sore or felt any force in a long time during & after my workouts.. so here we go... new sort of challenge!

Food wise.. hmm I'm struggling to take the sweets out of my life lol... after the whole holiday thing my body is just demanding chocolate... I have some small tiny amounts every now and then.. and some cookies... and am afraid, but I'd rather give myself that pleasure and control it than stop it and later on explose. It will fade with the time I am sure. :)

Good day all.. tomorrow is Friday!

Good to see that you are still doing well without tracking everything. I too find it exhausting and tedious after awhile but I'm not yet ready to "go on my own"

I agree.. I am glad my weight has not changed too much since I am not entering the food... it is a combination of eating the same type of food and quantity as when I was tracking it.. so I know it's ok. Now with the little extra sweets that I am having the gym is helping me.. so all is good. I was tracking my food for at least 6 months every single day... and got tired eventually... so take your time, invest the time in tracking food and recording it and later on, when you get confident you can stop. ;)

Excellent focus, keep up the good work mirej. I know that you will turn that chart around promptly.
