Not surprised that I've slipped again. My routine had shifted to being more sedentary and I wasn't being as diligent about my eating habits. However, I'm ok. I accept I've gotten here and I know it's recoverable, so I just have to work at shifting my habits back to more healthful choices and regaining momentum. I know not to expect sudden change--hopefully that will deter unwarranted discouragement.
