Someone once said that Celebrating a Holiday is no reason to go off (whatever) food plan you are on.... there is always a "good" reason to go off your plan... I am committing to eating the right amount and type of foods that are best for me today and tomorrow. I will not "take a Holiday" from healthy eating.
