I had a really long 14 hour day of driving today. I followed my diet for breakfast and lunch but by dinner I was so stressed out and hungry I just ordered food and wen i finally got home at 9:30pm tonight I sat down and had a frozen hurricane wine drink to calm my nerves. I'll get back to my diet tomorrow.
