Good morning and happy new year everyone - a day late. I hope 2017 came in safely and happily for everyone. We hosted our annual new year's day dinner yesterday so I decided not to log my food. HOWEVER, I am starting today. New year, new resolve. I've fallen behind with my fitness and I am ashamed. I am the only one who can help me with exercising. I have been having trouble walking again and I know it's because I stopped exercising. Time to take charge and get my act together. And it starts today.

Here's to a year of successes. We can and will do it.

Anne? No. Karen. 😄 But thank you Pam. Or was this meant for me? I'm determined to get back on track - vacation coming up in April and I want rid of the jiggly bits. Plus, I liked being able to walk properly. Hugs to Buddy!

Thanks Bill - good to be back. That fall last October took a lot out me. My cheek bone and wrist still hurts. I saw your buorbon pic - wish I could have been there for a nip of each. Started logging food today with stretching exercises to follow. Don't want to do too much at one time after being away for a while. But, I'm baaaack!
