Oh good Lord - I still feel like I've been run over by a semi...101.4 temp this morning, 100.2 3 hours after tylenol, and everything on my body hurts...*ugh*

On the UP SIDE - I only have 6.7# to go until I am officially no longer obese, just fat lol, and 11.4# to my first goal weight of 170. I'm hoping I can at least drop the 6+lbs before my 6 month checkup at my surgery center on the 16th...Think I can do it in 9 days? Sure gonna give it the old college try...

Have a better weekend than I am lol *cough cough* :p

With every day it gets harder. I know how you feel, I constantly listen to my body, and getting myself going is tough. I really DON'T want to go to the gym today, but I MUST! If you have a cold, I suggest Dayquil and Nyquil around the clock. It always works for me. Good luck!
