I had a great day today. Went out and had lunch with my two girlfriends and I stayed on course and really did not have any cravings. We ate at a hibachi restaurant i ordered extra veggies and skipped the rice and felt full all day. We had coffee after, i drank green tea w/o sugar. I do need to increase my water intake.
