I'm very pleased with my results after 11 days. WOW!!!! It sure helps to log everything. When I stay accountable to my food logging I stay super motivated. I meet once a week with my works Health and Wellness director to plan out the weeks routine. No More Tim Hortons and Fast Food for me.
