Finally got rid of the jeans that were at least 3 sizes too big for me - I saw myself in a mirror and boy did I look frumpy! I have some smaller jeans to fit into later, but in the meantime I found a pair of black pants that aren't too big. I've gone down 4 or 5 notches on my belt since August! Went out for breakfast this morning with a friend- probably 500 calories, so I had my usual breakfast for lunch. Worked out fine, as I wasn't all that hungry! Made Rachel Ray Spaghetti and meatballs - took the calories down from over 1200 to around 794. I don't know how she stays so thin!
