Okay this is an even -20 pounds since I've joined fat secret. I'm changing and now fat secret's changing it's looks too, hmmmm must be in the air. I have tohold tight through the weekend, and definately get my exercise in. BUT first I need coffee. Fiber Cereal w/milk=5 1/2 chicken breast=3 green beans=0 healthy choice dinner for tonight=6 1 sl wheat bread=1 salad w/dressing=3 sm. apple=1 carrot sticks=0 couple of tomato's=0 _________________________________ total points for Fri. 19 pts out of 24, 5 to play with today...;)
