Sleigh's Journal, 26 Oct 07

Wednesday I was a few points short of eating all of my points and Thursday I was a few points over. I haven't felt good the last couple days, been suffering from sore throat and chills. I'm feeling better now, so I will increase my exercise today without over doing it!

2 cups of frosted flakes 6 points (my sugar fix for the day!)
1 cups 2% milk 2 points
