wow - i consumed a huge amount of calories this wknd and then this morn. what is going on???? trying to eat mindfully, but having a lot of difficulty today.

Sometimes if we look at the labels we do go crasy seeing how much calories they have. But don't push yourself so hard. If today you ate a whole pizza and tomorrow you eat half a pizza, then it's progress. Even if is a lot of calories. Remember that our body are used to eat a LOT OF CALORIES, so start cutting then little by little. You will see the diference at the end. Keep it up!
