oh...ma...gawd...
I went and saw my trainer on saturday for the first time in well over a month (scheduling conflict) anyway...
he is on a new kick...the kettle bell. two days later and it still hurts to stand/walk/move. An insane workout, great for strength, cardio and flexibility but yowsa, my achin quads, and my achin hamstrings! Im ok once i get moving, but sit down for half an hour and yowtch!
