Bad day today sick as a dog... Tried putting calories in me. No exercise mostly sleep. Rebound tomorrow hopefully and get a good workout.

Thank you Tiffany. Hope your wrist feels better as well... I have cancer and bad knees I take Oxies for over 3 years now to help with my pain so I know how you feel....

Very welcome. It's feeling better, slept with my brace on. Lol I should of wore it when working out. Yeah, I read on your profile that you have bad knees and cancer, I know how crappy that is (most of my mom's side has had cancer, only 2 people in 3 generations has died of natural causes, but they were stubborn and refused doctors and had very aggressive cancers), so I am sorry that you have to go through that.
