Wow just logged in for the first time since 2011 I've lost 39 lbs... wow slow process but most def happy to almost reach my goal of 175 lbs.
81.7 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
