Sill not pleased with the way things are going for me....just when I get back on track, I hit a mood! I am not weighing in again until I start loosing! This weekend didn't go as well as I had hopped, but it was ok. I did pretty good on the eating part, but didn't get the exercise in that I wanted too. I did however today leave work for lunch and was having a tug-a-war in my mind about going to the gym or to mom's...well I am happy to say the gym won! I am very glad that I did it...now if I can just continue it! :-) I have been eating pretty good today, but it really could be better, I need to get back to following FS truthfully...I am trying to get my book back that I lent out so that I can get the meal portions and stuff again, maybe that will kick start things again for me! Planning on working out again when I get home and then I have volleyball at 8:00...that is always a work out for me! I Love It!!! Well hope everyone is doing well!

P.S. I hate this new format, can't find anything!!!

Don't get discouraged. Your chart shows that you are doing a great job. At least you are going in the right direction. I know when it is that time of the month, I can gain at least 5 pounds water weight. Stay with it andthe results will be phenomenal. I do not like the new format either. I knew where everything was on the old site and then they change it. Boo-hoo

Hey guys, I didn't like it either but it's not that bad...After you click on My fatsecret on the homepage...Then look under Latest Activity for latest entries, you can click on journals, posts, etc. It's pretty similar to the old site if you follow that route.

Don't discount all the positive stuff you did do!You did well with your eating over the weekend and you deserve credit for heading to the gym. It can be one step forward and 2 back, but you are making strides!! Good For You!

You are doing just fine - you need to quit getting down on yourself when you don't get to the gym. I have to agree w/Fab - don't discount all the positive stuff you did do!! Stay focused on the postive things that you have done and don't worry about the rest - the wanting and enjoying the workouts at the gym will come, just give it time. P.S. - I agree, I hate this new format!!!

I know how you feel - it's like if we're not 100% perfect we feel like we should be doing better. It sounds like you're doing a lot of positive things to me and that's really the key - exercising, staying active keeping a good attitude are the ticket. Congrats on the decision to go to the gym! I bet you felt great afterwards!

You are doing fine. YOu are very hard on yourself. You do stay active. Stay positive and don't give up. I don't care for the new format either!!

I know how you feel, I sometimes feel the same way. Maybe getting back to the basics of the diet will get you back on track. Hang in there. I really appreciate your encouragement you are an inspiration to me!
