Hi I'm back I didn't enter an entry for a couple of days but I am defintely sticking with the diet and i walk the treadmill every moring for 30 mins and I am really seeing a difference in my shape. I have to loose this weight. It isn't attractive on me and I want to loose it for myself no one else. And i thank all of you guys for sending your support to me and I am forever grateful to all of you b/c your support makes me work even harder.
