I was so happy when l weighed myself this morning! After all that hard work. I have up my intake of food as advised by my buddies, drank 2 litres of water a day and miracle!! Lost 600 grs I never thought that loosing weight would take so much effort. Have a good day every body.

Well done, you must be thrilled. Don't forget that your daily intake of water includes what is in your food so you can cut back on the drinking.

Counter-intuitive as it is, sometimes the change to eating a bit more can prompt a drop if you're eating very low calorie. Great result for you 👍
