I am taking a step back and looking at things from the whole perspective....I have come so far and have done so great in the past, I know I can do this again! I am taking some time off from the diet and just going to think about things so that I can get back on track. I keep getting down on myself and that is not good or healthy, all it does is make me want to eat all the wrong things so I know that I need to get my mind set back into diet mode and do this! I am taking the rest of the week off from the diet, not that I am going to go all crazy, but I am not going to worry or get upset that I didn't do something that I should have. Starting Monday I am going to do Phase I of the Fat Smash diet and get my body kick started back on track. I did great the first time around at loosing and I know I can do great again, just need to refocus! I want to thank everyone for all the encouraging words. With out you all I believe I would have given up a long time ago! Happy Halloween to you all!

You have done great and we know you can do it too! You're right, you just gotta get your mind focused again. Enjoy your break and get back to it on Monday.

I think that's a fantastic plan. Sometimes we just need to step back and take a breath, look around and re-evaluate. That cycle of doing great and feeling good, messing up and feeling awful puts us on such an emotional roller coaster that we have to step off and just think about what's going on! I appreciate all your support - it means so much - I know you are proud of how far you've come! Taking a vacation is a good thing! Happy Halloween!!

It sounds like a great idea and maybe this is what you need. Just step back and take a break. I know when I did that it helped me a lot (I need to do that again). Have a great rest of the week and enjoy yourself - you need to. Cya on Monday :-)

It is always a good thing when you step back and reflect on what works for you and what does not. You are taking a step in the right direction. Relaxing and taking your mind off the diet for a while may just be what you need to do to meet your goal.
