OH what a tangled web we weave, once we fall off the diet wagon. I gained 5.5 pounds in 8 days of stuffing my mouth with horrible junk; heart-shaped pizzas, brownies & cookes on many occasions, countless fast food meals, I fell HARD. And every morning I'd wake up and say "OK I start my diet again today", but either by lunch time, or definitely by dinner time, I didn't care anymore so I gorged on chips or whatever else I could inhale into my gut. Now for my excuses: I had an unusually difficult PMS week; full of anxiety and uncontrollable demands for high fat, high sugar consumption. Second, this week included Arturo's birthday and Valentines Day, and lastly, Girl's night. Also, stress from studying for the real estate license exam added additional stress & anxiety. But now that all of those events have passed (except exam), I WILL get back on track, starting today. It took me 5 weeks to lose 10 pounds, and 1 week to gain back 5. That's horse shit!!
