I've been pretty down about my success on WW or lack of success! But Monday November 1st was the start of a new beginning for me. I stuck to the plan, got in all of my water, all of my milk, all of my fruits and vegetables. Added some protein and some whole grains and I'm good to go!
11/1/07 2 cups whole grain cereal 6 pts, 1 banana 2 pts, 1 cup 2% milk 3 pts, 15 reduced fat potato chips 3 pts, 1 small wedge light french onion dip 1 pt, 1 large apple 2 pts, 1 yogurt 2 pts, 1/2 cup no sugar added ice cream 3 pts, salad with green pepper and apple slices with 2.5 oz turkey with fat free dressing, 4 pts, 4 reduced calorie slices of bread 2 pts, 2.5 ozs turkey 3 pts, 1 hot cocoa mix 1 pt, 15 potato chips 3 pts and 1 light french onion dip 1 pt. 48 oz water
36 pts total! My 34 daily points + 2 points of my bonus points. felt great! no feelings of guilt!
