I joined the gym to get me motivated! I've tried everything and then one day I said...I need to be around other people in order to do my workouts! I was trying to do all the workouts at home! So far I've been highly motivated. Good luck! And don't beat yourself up about this! Just figure out what it is that makes you happy!

You have to find your own motivation. It might be a new workout outfit, taking a new exercise class, starting a running program, buying fitness magazines and reading about others success, reading nutrition and fitness books, starting a new diet, making a small home gym with some light weights, mat and workout dvds. You have to be in the right place mentally to lose weight and you need to try and figure out what will get you there.

Just look at your fat areas in the mirror every 5 hours. Buy a dress that is 1 or 2 size smaller and each time u are in the gym think about those dresses waiting for you to be fit in them and work harder.

I bought a small notebook that I keep in my purse. I write down lists such as "Top Ten Reasons Why I Want to Lose Weight" and "What I'm Going to do After I Lose Weight". I write down inspiration quotes in it too just to get me motivated. I re-read this over and over again and it helps me when I feel myself slipping. Hope this helps!
