It's Saturday morning, and I did go exercise and I'm proud of myself. I was watching the Food Network (Of course!) and I thought, "I need to quite this and go to the park." And I did. I have a school close by that is on some hills. I 'run' up the hills, with 2 1/2 lbs. wrist weights. I tell you, it gets my heart pumping. I try to do this on the weekends, because I can't go there when school is in session. I just love it, it makes me feel better about the rest of my day!
