I am anticipating a gain when I weigh in tomorrow and that's ok. I gave myself a weekend off from dieting simply because my cravings were getting totally unmanageable and I was afraid of going completely hog wild for weeks instead of just a day or two. This way I have no guilt because I gave myself permission to have some of my favorites this weekend like ice cream, muffins, and M & M peanuts. Today I had breakfast at IHOP and had a ham, cheese & avocado omelet and pancakes but did not have lunch. I will have one of my normal dinners tonight with ice cream and M & Ms for dessert. I feel ready to get back into the groove again tomorrow and relieved that I didn't pig out the entire weekend. I just ate like normal thin people do :)
