OK so for a moment I thought I would of gone postal in my office...thank goodness my workstudy saved me..I had to have that pretzel... I would of lost my mind in this office if I did not have some carbs with my lunch!!!!!! I am trying so hard to become less dependant on bread.ugh...

It's really hard to break those carb cravings. I've just been going through it. Some people are better with a cold turkey approach but other people can still have them sometimes in moderation. I know that when I'm really trying to kick the bread-y cravings I need to load up on good fats for a couple days. It might make the calories spike but it does help--things like olives, nuts, avocado, even berries with cream. Of course if you're eating berries with cream AND bread then it's not such a good thing... :)

Really, Coach? I am never sure what to eat when it's considered refined carbs... Thanks for letting me know....
