Have been working at eating less than my RDI by 1000 calories and it has been going pretty good. I haven't had any real treat type of foods for a couple of days, except my nightly granola bars and with giving up treats for Lent it should help. I've stayed away for a couple of days and it hasn't been too hard, but I do think that I will have a few Tootsie Rolls tonight before Lent starts.
