Help! I'm going down again but I am feeling very tired and weary. Am eating fine and taking vitamins but by Wednesday not realy enjoying the gym and by Friday a date night with hubby is the last thing on my mind. Rather be in bed by 9pm.
any ideas?
87.5 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

ARE YOU SLEEPING WELL? MAYBE YOUR NOT GETTING ENOUGH SLEEP OR GETTING A GOOD NIGHT'S REST? HUM... JUST A THOUGHT, IT'S COLD HERE SO IT MAKES ME TIRED..

You could always have your Thyroid checked, one symptom to low thyroid is tired, get chilled easy,loose hair.

I would check with my physician to make sure that I am getting the right amount of vitamin intake. Right now I am not taking any vitamins and I feel like it's a constant struggle to keep my eyes open driving home from an 8 hour work day. This is strange considerig all I do at work is talk to you guys, so I know that I am not tired from that!!!!
