February was really hard for me. I can't explain exactly why. I just lost focus over the weekends and it really slowed down my progress. I'm over the 20kg hurdle. The < 100 is a big milestone for me. Hopefully will hit it in the next 2 weeks. Be kind to yourself. Let's Go!
