Being sick has really taken a toll on me. I was doing great, added the twins to my gym membership since I became a work-from-home-mom and we went a grand total of ONE time. ugh...
However, my highest weight was 232 and I'm not back there. I'm also not 220... so I'm happy. As soon as I can breathe again, I'll be back in the gym.
Hoping to go back on my detox (smoothies, salads, soups, it's delicious!) but being sick has also made that difficult... all I was is comfort food! LOL
But I've kicked my diet soda addiction and the only sugar I had yesterday was in fruit, so I'm not mad at myself AT ALL.
Oh and I'm back thanks to my dear friend Mike! ❤
