I had to make a dark chocolate cake with double fudge frosting for church dinner tonight. And I didn't eat a SINGLE bite! I opted for a small pineapple piece. However, I did allow myself 2 Tbsp of the frosting that was left. But much better than I usually would do.

Good job! I had to make 2 batches of brownies for my son to take to school tomorrow for his b-day & it took everything I had not to lick the spoon or the bowl! I can still smell them and have been so tempted to have "just one" with my evening cup of coffee, but I decided to complete my food journal and am going to go to bed early so I won't.
